The Relation Between Nurse Obedient in Implementing Standards Operational Procedure : Patient Fall Prevention and Risk Falls Incidence in the Saint Borromeo Hospital

Saint Borromeo Hospital as market leader in Bandung and toward the international recognition through JCI, committed to take patient safety referring to six goals patient safety. Socialization patient safety in the prevention patients fall has done since 2010 hoping the patient experienced fall is zero but still found patients fall during the period 2010-2012. Research purposes to identify relation between nurse obedient in implementating Standard Operational Procedure : prevention patients fall with the risks fallsincidence in the Saint Borromeo Hospital. Method research used is quantitative method and design research is analytic correlational by approach observational. This research use instruments observation with direct observation to nurses from Yosep 3 Saint Borromeo Hospital. Charging from the observation this is with checklist sheet. Population in this research is all nurse in the Yoseph 3 Saint Borromeo Hospital (samples saturated) that total 50 people. The results of research provides a description not relations nurse obedient in implementating Standard Operational Procedure: prevention patients fall with the risks fall incidence in the Saint Borromeo Hospital (p value > 0.05). Recommendation in this research controling and evaluation of the team patient safety hospital and consciousness nurse in managing patients in effort to prevent patients fall.
